Consultation
Our architectural design process begins with an in-person consultation, giving you the opportunity to discuss your project in detail with our team. During this meeting, we will communicate with you to understand your vision, requirements, and constraints. Additionally, this consultation gives our architectural technologists a chance to look around the property, gaining valuable insight into its unique characteristics and potential challenges.

Architectural Proposal
Following the in-person consultation and site visit, we will provide an architectural proposal document. Our transparent approach ensures that you have a clear understanding of what to expect and allows for informed decision-making.

Measured Survey
Once the architectural proposal is accepted, we conduct a measured survey on-site to accurately capture the existing building's dimensions and features.
​This ensures that our designs are based on precise measurements and that any proposed alterations integrate seamlessly with the existing structure.

Drawing Production
After completing the measured survey, we proceed to create detailed architectural drawings based on the information gathered. These drawings include floor plans, elevations, sections, and any other necessary documentation to accurately depict the proposed design.
Our design team utilises the latest software tools and technologies to ensure precision and clarity in the drawings. There is an option to have 3D visualisations done as well. Unlike traditional 2D plans, 3D visualisations offer immersive, lifelike representations that allow you to truly envision the result upon completion.

Client Review
We will send the proposed drawings to you for review. During this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to examine the drawings thoroughly and provide feedback.
